Your responsibilities will include the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical infrastructures, such as lighting, power distribution, and advanced control systems. You’ll conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure all systems are safe, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.
This role offers diverse challenges, requiring you to diagnose high-voltage faults, upgrade energy management technology, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Your key tasks include handling Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs), proactive and reactive tasks from the helpdesk, and ensuring these are completed within set time frames to exceed client expectations.
Additionally, you’ll manage installation projects, ensuring new systems meet client requirements, and oversee contractor work to guarantee quality standards.
You’ll also ensure that all electrical equipment operates optimally, conducting evaluations, maintaining servicing schedules, and handling administrative duties, such as record-keeping and document processing. Issuing Permits to Work and prioritizing safety and compliance in all operations are also crucial aspects of the role.
