You’ll handle fabric-related Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs), as well as proactive and reactive tasks issued through the helpdesk.
Meeting these within set time frames is key to exceeding customer expectations, making your role vital to ensuring client satisfaction.
Beyond these core duties, you’ll also can diversify your skills by assisting with other building services maintenance, including exterior works, plumbing, mechanical tasks, carpentry, painting, and external ground maintenance. This variety not only makes each day different but also keeps the job engaging as you contribute to the overall upkeep and improvement of the facilities. The hands-on nature of the work, coupled with the satisfaction of solving problems and enhancing building environments, makes working at ISS both exciting and fulfilling.
