You’ll handle fabric-related Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs), as well as proactive and reactive tasks issued through the helpdesk.

Beyond these core duties, you’ll also can diversify your skills by assisting with other building services maintenance, including exterior works, plumbing, mechanical tasks, carpentry, painting, and external ground maintenance.
