You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of heating and gas systems across a range of client properties. Your responsibilities will include providing maintenance and engineering services for commercial and domestic gas, heating, combustion, and HVAC systems. You will undertake new installations and carry out major and minor repairs, ensuring that all systems operate to the specified performance criteria. Key tasks include fault finding, servicing, and troubleshooting gas and heating systems, as well as managing the complete lifecycle of projects from installation to commissioning.
You’ll be responsible for accurate record-keeping and timely completion of administrative tasks, such as maintaining documents and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and COSHH standards.
